BEHIND BEAST
Not many of you will know that Beast Components is part of a group that comprises three companies. In addition to Beast Components we also represent CarboLife Technologies and Realize Engineering.
The founding members of these companies got to know each other while studying Lightweight Engineering at the TU Dresden. This university institute is one of just a few hotspots for lightweight engineering in Europe. As an independent development team at the Leichtbau-Zentrum Sachsen – a centre for lightweight engineering in Dresden – they have been working on projects for prominent companies in the aerospace, automotive and marine industries for many years. With each project, they continuously developed their knowledge and acquired the expertise that now provides the basis for all three companies.
CarboLife is a successful medical technology company and produces a wide range of carbon components for wheelchairs as well as a unique portfolio of ergonomic handrims that makes life easier for wheelchair users all over the world.
Realize Engineering is a development service provider specializing in high-tech lightweight engineering. The company has a particular wealth of experience in the aerospace industry. These experienced engineers work on major projects for a wide range of companies.
Beast Components was founded in 2016. Because of our origins, we attach great importance to using the latest scientific methods and state-of-the-art technology. Our close cooperation with the Institute of Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology at the TU Dresden and our partner company Realize Engineering helps us to achieve this.
The combination of quality, durability and minimum weight is top priority at Beast Components because we want our products to pass the toughest industrial tests.

At Beast Components, components are simply demoulded, the protruding burrs are removed and finally they are finished. The result is that the fibre structure of the carbon remains clearly visible. This procedure is mercilessly honest and there is no margin for error during the laminating process. The only way to get this classy look and to get the most out of carbon is to work with precision. You get what you see – pure carbon! We don’t need to hide our components under a layer of paint.
